How To...

Retreive product order information from
Mal’s Free Account
(Click here for Mal’s Premium Account)

NOTE : Mal’s Free Account, described below, requires a two-step process in order to retreive all credit card information. First, you gather a customer’s name and address> Then you follow a seperate procedure to get the credit card information. You repeat the process for each order. Mal’s Permium Account, which costs $6 per month, allows you to get all order the information at once.

NOTE : Since Mal’s may change their web site from time to time, you may need to make some adjustments to the instructions below.


You will receive notification of product orders via emails sent to you containing the subject line:

    1234567: New client order”

To Retrieve Product Orders...

    1. Click the link that appears on the bottom of that email notification.

    2. Enter your Mal’s Username (Ask me for this if you don’t have it)

    3. Enter your Mal’s Password (Ask me for this if you don’t have it)

    4. Click on LOG IN

    5. On the Left, click on LIST ORDERS (just beneath CART LINKS)

    6. For each new order that is listed:

      (A) Click on DETAILS (on the Right of the screen)

      (B) Print out the DETAILS page. (This prints everything except the credit card info)

      (C) Then click on RETURN (upper Right) to get back to the LIST OF ORDERS page

      (D) Repeat for all orders

    7. On the Left, click on PAYMENTS (right below LIST ORDERS)

      A) For each new order:

        a. Enter your Payments Password (This is seperate from the main Mal’s password. Ask me for this if you don’t have it)

        b. Select the SHOPPER/ORDER ID for the new order, which appears next to each order in the LIST OF ORDERS page that you printed [see 1(A) above] and also at the top of each DETAILS page [see 1(B) above] that you printed.

      B) Print out the credit card information

      C) Click on RETURN (upper Right)

      D) Repeat for all orders

    8. Once all new orders have been printed out, you can delete the online data. This is optional, but eventually you need to clear it out and if you do it now, it becomes easier the next time you come to retreive orders... you won’t see such a large list containing old orders mixed in with the new.

      A) On the Left, click on LIST ORDERS

      B) Toward the lower Right, click on CHECK ALL

      C) Below that, click on DELETE RECORDS

     9. When you’re all done, click on LOG OUT (at the lower Left)

Now that you have the order information, you will most likely process it manually using the method that was provided you by your Merchant Account. Mal’s Premium Account allows you to have this information sent directly and to the credit card company were it is automatically processed.
